• Due to the anklet/bracelet being custom, All Sales Are Final. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
• When adding picture keep in mind the size of the pendent, the picture may be smaller and change the look of the picture.
• When choosing your font  keep in mind the size of the pedant and the script fonts may need to be sized down to fit if it has a lot of swirls in the font.
• Please look at the font options before choosing a font.
• If you get a picture and words the words will go on the back.
• These customs are made to order so there will be a processing time of 7-14 days. Please order according to processing time.

CARE INSTRUCTION

Our jewelry pieces are delicate and need extra care and love. As such, please:

• Even though our pieces are waterproof we would advise you to not use harsh chemicals on them ( ex, perfumes, lotions ). Also store your jewelry separately from other jewelry to avoid scratches. When your jewelry gets wet, kindly wipe it down with a clean soft cloth and allow it to air dry. The better you take care of your jewelry the longer it will last.
